St. Patrick’s Day came and went this year and with my husband away on a business trip this year I didn’t do a thing to celebrate.  My husband is 100% Irish so it was sort of a shame.  Today being one of my first lazy days in awhile and faced with the choice of getting an oil change or making some Irish soda bread I chose the latter…Better late than never to show some Irish Pride!! ♣
