Baked Ziti

When your in the mood for the ULTIMATE carb/cheese fest look no further.  Be warned you will need a serious nap after consuming. 🙂

What You Will Need:
1 lb Ziti Pasta
32 oz Approx. of Marinara Sauce (either from a jar or homemade)
32 oz Ricotta Cheese
16 oz Mozzarella Cheese, 1 Cup Shredded the rest Sliced
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

Preheat the oven to 350.  Cook the pasta and marinara and mix them together.  Then mix in the ricotta cheese.  Grab a baking dish and set up your layering station:

Add a layer of pasta then a layer of mozzarella cheese like so below.

When theres nothing more to layer it’s time to top it with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese!!!  Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese has melted.
