Finger Sand-Witches

This is a fun, easy, Halloween treat.  You can even make this for any occasion really but this was perfect for my little halloween get together 🙂

What You Will Need:
1 Loaf Focaccia Bread
16 oz approx. Spanish/Greek Olives, Pitted (I went to the salad bar section of my grocery store and just filled up one large container of each, they are also already marinated nicely)
Olive Oil
1 lb Provolone Cheese, Sliced From the Deli Counter
Salt
Pepper

First slice the loaf of bread in half, I even sliced the inside of the top half in HALF to not have the sandwich be SO thick but you don’t have to do this.  Drizzle olive oil over the inside of the two halves and sprinkle with salt and pepper, set aside.

Place the olives in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped, almost like a paste. Spread the olive mixture on each half of bread and top with the provolone cheese.  Put the halves together and slice into mini sandwiches like below.  What makes them “WITCHY” are the witch toothpicks I made for them.  Basically just searched for legs and hats on the internet, printed them, cut them out and taped them to the toothpicks.
