This glaze is amazing, easy, and totally can be scaled depending on how much chicken you use.  To be honest I would slather it all on any amount of chicken I had!! 🙂

What You Will Need:
3 Lbs of Chicken Breast
3 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 Tbsp Dried Basil
Salt and pepper to taste, I used a tsp each

Equipment:
Baking Pan w/ rack (I just used the cooling rack it came with)
OR
BBQ Grill

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees or your grill

Mix everything, besides the chicken, together to make the glaze.

Line your backing pan with foil, for easier cleanup, place the rack on top of the foil.  Line up all the chicken breasts on the rack.  Brush the honey mixture on each side of each breast. Bake or Grill for 50-55 minutes or when chicken is cooked.  That is it….seriously!
