Mushroom Meatloaf

Adding mushrooms to this meatloaf makes it more of a hearty meal and spices up the usually boring meal.

What You Will Need:
1 Lb Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
1 8oz Package of White Mushrooms, Sliced
1/4 Cup of Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 White Onion
5 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1 Tsp Thyme
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
Ketchup (optional)

Mix everything together in a bowl, this is a job for your hands, this may take a bit but everything should eventually come together so you can form it into a nice ball.

Place it in a glass loaf pan and bake at 350 for an hour or until cooked through.  When there is about 10 minutes left add some ketchup to the top and use the underside of a spoon to smooth it across the top of the loaf.
