Whenever you feel like some pizza pie and too lazy to go to the store and get some pre-made dough this is a fabulous alternative 🙂
What You Will Need:
3 Cups of Flour
1 Tbsp Yeast (I buy those mini individual packets and just use a whole one)
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Cup of Warm Water
Equipment:
Stand Mixer w/Â Dough Hook
Place flour in stand mixer and make a well in the middle. Â Add the yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and water and turn on low (2 speed) to combine for 3-4 minutes. Â Then turn to medium (4 speed) and “knead” for 8 or 9 minutes. Â You will notice a nice ball starting to form around the hook. Â You want to look for when there is really nothing left along the sides and everything is incorporated in a nice ball. Â Then turn the mixer off, remove the bowl from the stand, drizzle a little bit of olive oil on top and flip the ball two times or so to cover the ball.

Place a clean cloth over the top and set in a warm place for 30minutes until dough has doubled. The it is ready!! Â Use it as you see fit or wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze for later use.
