An easy favorite that acts as the perfect side dish or appetizer 🙂
What You Will Need:
1-1.5 lbs Whole White Mushrooms
3/4 Cups Italian Style Breadcrumbs
3/4 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
7 Tbsp Olive Oil
5 Cloves of Garlic
Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400. Gently wash the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems, they should just snap off but be careful because you do not want to ruin the base of the mushroom. Line the heads of the mushrooms on a backing sheet lines with foil and drizzle olive oil over all of them. Place the stems in a food processor along with the garlic and pulse until stems and garlic are fully chopped. Mix the stems and garlic in a bowl with breadcrumbs, cheese, and olive oil. Mix until you get a wet sand consistency.
Stuff each mushroom with the mixture. I always like to overstuff my mushrooms and pile it high!!!


Bake for about 25 minutes until they get golden brown.
