So I found this:
Now looking at this it may look pretty random but follow me here. So from here I started where I always usually start by sauteing the garlic (about 4 or 5 cloves) in olive oil-I usually do it for about 3-4 minutes or until it starts to turn slightly brown and becomes fragrant-I also added dashes of red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Next I removed the sausage from the casings-which means slit them down the middle and remove all the mushy insides- add it to the pan, and broke it up to make crumbles-cause that’s just more fun!
Next I added the Spinach-I had about 2 cups left in that bag-I love watching it wilt down-it’s like magic!

Next I cooked my Cavatelli according to the package instructions-Note you can usually find this kind of pasta in the freezer isle of your local supermarket-Look at those little cuties.
