A healthy and fun alternative to regular pasta. It’s Vaggetti!!!! 🙂
What You Will Need:
2 Medium Size Zucchini’s
4 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
6 Sausage Links or about 1LB Ground Sausage
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Equipment:
Vegetable Spiralizer
There are a lot of spiralizers on the market. Some with cranks and some manual ones. I have a simple manual one I bought from bed and bath for around $20. It worked just fine and is small enough to fit right in my drawer.
First your going to spiralize your Zucchini’s. This was fun and so easy and only took like 10 minutes!
It came out like legit pasta, However since my spiralizer didn’t cut the strands off I had LONG strands so I just took my kitchen scissors and snipped them.

Heat the oil in a pan and cook the garlic for about 5 minutes then throw in your ground sausage and cook through. Then toss with the zucchini “noodles”, add some salt and pepper to taste, also top with some parmesan cheese if you like and enjoy!!! xoxoxo
