Hello!!!
It has definitely been awhile but I have been super busy with life!! As we all are!! I cannot believe the summer is almost over. I feel like it just started! I am not looking forward to winter, but as I sit here staring at the condensation on my window caused by the extreme humidity outside I can maybe start to see the benefits of a little cold 🙂
So I consider my husband lucky to not only have a summer birthday but to have it be on the longest day of the year is a bonus in my eyes!!! Of course, unlike me, he doesn’t really like to go nuts for it but I of course can’t let a birthday go to waste so I treated him to a special meal at least, and of course cake!! 🙂
Tonight I am channeling Summer-even though it was legit snowing before, when will it end!!! I decided to make some indoor burgers tonight but jazz em up with a little spicy onion topping. My husband and I love spicy food so this was right up our alley.
